These Terms govern your use of Stealth Pilot AI ("the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you accept these Terms.
1. License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install Stealth Pilot on the number of devices specified by your tier. The license entitles you to one year of software updates from the date of purchase. After that period, the version installed at expiry continues to function indefinitely.
2. Acceptable Use
Stealth Pilot is a tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party platform (proctoring services, employer policies, etc.) where you choose to use it. You must not enter personal data of third parties into the app without their consent.
3. Data Processing
Your use of StealthPilot involves processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific interview outcome.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP.
